Flex includes 12 hours of HR support each year, which accrues at 1 hour per month — use them for phone advice, help with HR admin, or working through an employee issue. You can borrow future hours when you need them, and unused hours roll over for up to 6 months.
For most stable hands-on businesses with up to 10 employees, 12 hours of expert HR support per year is sufficient to help you manage your people proactively and deal with the occasional issue that arises. However, we know that unexpected situations can happen. If you need additional support, you can simply purchase extra hours at a discounted member rate. If you find you're regularly needing more than your included support, we'll have an honest conversation about whether our sister company, Holistic HR Services, would be a better fit. They specialise in supporting growing businesses with more complex HR needs, so you can continue to receive the right level of support as your business evolves.

If Build is the right fit, we'll upgrade your membership on a pro-rata basis, so you only pay for the remaining term of your existing contract.
