Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your membership of The Employer Support Hub (the "Service"), provided by Holistic HR Services LTD (trading as The Employer Support Hub) (the "Seller"). The Service is an affordable HR and employment-support membership built for UK businesses with up to 10 employees.

By signing up, continuing to use the Service, or accessing the member portal, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. Your account and authority

You confirm that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms (if you are signing up on behalf of a business) or that you are of legal age (if signing up as an individual).

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. The Service

The Service provides members with access to:

  • Expert HR and employment advice from CIPD-qualified consultants (a contracted time allowance with a 6-month rollover of unused time).
  • HR software (including Breathe HR) for employee management.
  • Employee benefits, including access to Paycare health and wellbeing support.
  • Core HR policies and documents, kept current with UK employment law.
  • Compliance e-learning and mandatory training checklists.
  • An AI HR companion ("Cora") to help answer common employment questions.
  • Access to the CLEAR Collective, a private peer community for members.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Your licence to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your membership, solely for the internal operation of your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.

5. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable UK law or regulation;
  • use the Service to commit fraud, send spam, or send unsolicited communications;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
  • introduce malware, or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its systems, or interfere with its security;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, another member's account, or our systems;
  • share your login or allow anyone outside your organisation to use your membership.

6. Use of our AI companion (Cora)

Cora is an AI assistant that provides general HR and employment information. It is a support tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

  • You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the responses.
  • You must verify the accuracy of any information Cora provides before acting on it, as AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • You must not use Cora to generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content, to create deepfakes or hate speech, or to attempt to "jailbreak" its safeguards.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit to Cora.
  • We may moderate, restrict, filter, or refuse outputs, and remove content that breaches these terms.
  • Outputs from Cora are general guidance only and are not suitable as professional advice for regulated matters without human oversight.

7. Intellectual property

We own all intellectual property in the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, policies, templates, and training materials. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited licence in section 4.

Where you upload your own content to the Service (for example employee data), you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the Service to you.

8. Payments, subscriptions and cancellation

Membership is offered on a 12-month term. Pricing is based on your employee headcount and is set out on your quotation and at checkout.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for your order are handled by our payment provider. For details of how payments, renewals, and refunds work, please see Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Your membership renews at the end of the 12-month term unless you give notice not to renew. We require three months' notice if you decide not to renew at the end of your membership term.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. For details of how to request a refund, please see our Refund Policy.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is capped at the membership fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury to the extent the law does not allow such exclusion.

12. Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately where you materially breach these terms, fail to pay your membership fees, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms.

When your membership ends, you may export your data for a limited period, after which we may delete it. Your continued licence to use the Service ends on termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

16. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at charlotte@holistichrservices.co.uk.
